Hold on the World Just Got Faster; Google Instant

Google announced Google Instant http://www.google.com/instant/ a change in the way search results are delivered (search results will be generated as you type).

Five quick points.

1. Holy Smokes! Hear Google roar, this is an amazing technological achievement.

2. This means finding what you want via search will be up to 2 – 5 seconds faster.

3. This is going to mess with SEO. Steve Rubel says Instant makes SEO irrelevant (big strong Steve, however it will change the game).

4. As speed of search increases having images and videos on page 1 for your keyword terms becomes even more important (TIP: post videos and images for the main keywords in you market and optimise them).

5. Social Influence becomes even more important.
